Pops was feeling BBQ pork ribs so we decided to check out Grill 'Em Steakhouse.They have a private parking lot with plenty of parking area.Walking inside, it looked dark and outdated, the outside has a nice seating area that was quite comfortable.There was only one server working when we were there, I think she did a great job, she got our orders right, and was attentive as well. Unfortunately she was not wearing gloves, was running her hands through her hair, busting tables and served our food. "I got to say it did make me feel a little uneasy" if I could make one recommendation to the management it would be to have your servers wear clean gloves when serving the food.Now for the food:Pops ordered / rack of pork ribs and he actually let me try one. The ribs were quite good, slightly spicy, good perfectly and comes with a dipping sauce "honestly these ribs are stand alone, no sauce needed"I had the bacon cheeseburger, I asked for it to be pink in the middle "but not raw" and they delivered. The bacon for me was the star of the dish, cooked perfectly and tasted wonderful. The patty for me "although it had good flavor" was on the skinny flat side. I felt we paying a premium for the burger should reflect in the product. The French fries that came with the burger were also really good and the seasoning they put on them tasted great great, I found myself not being able to stop eating them.Long story short, I'll be back for their Ribs and fries.

Great overall dinner with a coworker last night. I DO hope they bring back the grilling station that everyone raves about. . Sherry, the bartender/server was attentive without being annoying and had a great knowledge of the food and cocktail menu. She made the perfect recommendations. We both got the Barbecue Combo , and the ribs and pulled pork were tender and flavorful. The fries were crispy, and the macaroni and cheese was perfect. They're also part of the airline miles rewards programs, an added plus. I'll gladly eat here again when I'm in town for business.

Before coming here my colleague mentioned that we were headed to a place with decent bar food. With that in mind, I set my expectations really low. :)The first thing I noticed walking in was that interior was very dated, but it was also very clean. There were a few folks grilling their own steaks, so that was a positive sign. Since it was right in the middle of the day, I didn't want anything heavy, so I opted for their Grilled Chicken Sandwich. For $. it came with grilled chicken breast topped with lettuce, tomato, and Pepper Jack, dressed with chipotle mayo. It was a good sandwich! It packed some decent flavor and was pretty juicy. The garlic fries were a good addition and a good way to finish off the meal.Service was super friendly and very attentive. You are probably better off ordering a steak or a burger, but overall I didn't have anything to complain about. Set your expectations accordingly, and this spot might just surprise you. A solid . stars for their food, but rounding up for great service!

My husband and I stopped here after hiking up in the mountains because we wanted comfort-type food. I was a little apprehensive at first because this definitely is more of a local hangout than an "out-of-towner"/touristy type place. I was pleasantly surprised and everyone was super nice and welcoming. We got to pick our spot to sit in a big comfy booth. Our server was attentive and quick. A really easy-going place to stop. Plus the food was great! I ordered a New York steak and my husband ordered the BBQ platter. Steak was seasoned well and cooked nicely and the ribs had a tasty smokey flavor. My cocktail was also pretty good as well and was a good size for the $ price tag. So happy we stopped here and will definitely be back when we come thru again.
